1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are strictly met:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• The hygienic protection is intact and has not been removed
• The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags
• No signs of use or deterioration

Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused.

3. Return Procedure

To make a return, simply use the "Make a return" button in the delivery confirmation email you receive as soon as your order is delivered.

By clicking this button, you will be redirected to our dedicated returns management page, where you can follow the step-by-step procedure to request a return or exchange of the purchased products.

Once your return request is validated, you will receive the shipping label by email to use for sending the package back to us.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely free for the customer.

We recommend tracked shipping, as Pool Position cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the items:

• The refund will be issued via the original payment method
• A processing time of a few days may apply

Initial delivery charges are not refunded.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you wish to have a different size or model, we invite you to place a new order.

7. Defective Items or Order Errors

If an item is defective or if an error occurred with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the affected product

After validation, an appropriate solution will be offered (replacement or refund).

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, any item from which the protection has been removed or altered will not be accepted.
