1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are strictly met:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• The hygiene protection is intact and not removed
• The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags
• No signs of use or deterioration

Any item not complying with these conditions will be refused.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please provide us with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) concerned
• The reason for the return

Once your request is validated, return instructions will be communicated to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend tracked shipping, as Pool Position cannot be held responsible in case of lost packages.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the items:

• The refund will be issued via the original payment method
• A processing time of several days may apply

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you wish for a different size or model, we invite you to place a new order.

7. Defective Items or Order Errors

If an item has a defect or if an error occurred with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product concerned

After validation, an appropriate solution will be offered to you (replacement or refund).

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, any item with removed or altered protection cannot be accepted.
